The Boeing Voluntary Selling/Purchasing Program (also referred to the as the Oddlot program) is closed. A determination whether to offer the program again will be made as part of the ShareValue Trust Period 7 review. Period 7 closes June 30, 2010. If an Award Distribution is made, a decision regarding offering the Boeing Voluntary Selling/Purchasing Program including the timeframe will be made at that time.
